I worked at ScreenSkills for 4.5 years to March 2023 running the UK-wide ScreenSkills mentoring programme for the screen industry (Film, TV, Animation, Games and VFX) as well as supporting other organisations with funding, training, advice and resources to deliver their own mentoring programmes. The project was funded by the National Lottery to support the British Film Institute's Future Film Skills strategy. You can find free guides and resources, and a list of the organisations we supported, on the ScreenSkills website.
I delivered mentoring training and guidance to Netflix to support their mentoring activity. (Summer 2023)
Whilst at the BBC I delivered mentoring training across the organisation to support mentoring programmes for different departments and divisions as well as for a company-wide leadership programme.
Coaching client work has included topics from: next steps to work overload; managing a large team to taking on a new role; managing up to understanding & working in line with your personal values; and building confidence.
Between 2012 and 2016 I managed the BBC internal Coach Network as well as delivered a variety of leadership and personal development training. I trained as an Executive Coach in 2003 on the International Coach Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited BBC Coach Foundation Course. I have been individually accredited by the ICF (ACC) and am a member of the Association for Coaching (AC). I adhere to the ethical codes of the AC and the ICF.

I currently volunteer doing admin work in the SWT Membership Team. You can find out more about SWT here: Find your local Wildlife Trust.
For two years from 2017 I volunteered with The National Trust at Clandon Park, subsequent to the 2015 fire, at the exhibition displaying the six shortlisted design concepts in the International Design Competition to restore the house., and after I volunteered as a guide in the fire-ravaged house.
I travelled for a couple of years from 1988, travelling in Europe, Egypt, Israel, Kenya, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
